The service
Tansiq is a cloud service that helps clinics answer their clients on WhatsApp, book and manage appointments, send reminders and hand conversations to the clinic team when needed, all from one dashboard.
Your account and the clinic’s responsibilities
- The clinic is responsible for everyone it invites to the dashboard, their permissions, and keeping passwords confidential.
- The AI receptionist relies on the information the clinic enters (services, prices, hours, policies); the clinic is responsible for keeping it accurate and current.
- The clinic must tell its clients that first replies may come from an automated assistant, and obtain any consent the law requires to process their data.
Not medical advice
The AI receptionist does not diagnose, prescribe or give medical advice, and hands medical questions to the clinic team. Emergencies must go to emergency services directly. The clinic remains responsible for any medical content it provides.
The WhatsApp connection and its risk
Tansiq connects to WhatsApp as a linked device, like WhatsApp Web, not through WhatsApp’s official Business API. WhatsApp (Meta) has its own policies and may restrict, suspend or ban any number at its discretion.
We built the service to keep that risk very low: we only reply to people who message the clinic first, never send bulk or promotional messages, pace replies like a person, and cap messages per hour. A small risk still remains that cannot be ruled out completely, because the final decision rests with WhatsApp alone.
- We do not guarantee that the clinic’s number will not be restricted, suspended or banned by WhatsApp.
- The clinic must follow our instructions and WhatsApp’s policies: use the WhatsApp Business app, send no bulk or unwanted messages, and do not message people who have not contacted the clinic.
- Tansiq is not liable for any restriction or ban of the number or any loss resulting from it, and in that case the clinic is not entitled to a refund of fees paid or to any compensation.
- The clinic can disconnect at any time from the Connection centre in the dashboard or from Linked devices on its phone.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to send spam or advertising to people who did not ask for it.
- Do not publish unlawful, misleading or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to break into or disrupt the service, or access another clinic’s data.
Fees and payment
Fees are paid in advance for each period according to the chosen plan. Fees paid are non-refundable, including partially used periods, unless the law requires otherwise. We may change prices with notice before the next period starts.
Availability
We work to keep the service available at all times, but it may occasionally stop for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, such as outages at WhatsApp or our hosting providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Data and ownership
The clinic’s data and its clients’ data belong to the clinic; we process them only to provide the service, as the privacy policy explains. The Tansiq software, design and brand remain Tansiq’s.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. AI can make mistakes, and the clinic should review important conversations and appointments. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and in all cases our total liability is limited to the fees the clinic paid in the three months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
The clinic can stop its subscription at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or does not pay its fees.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will ask you to approve the new version in the dashboard before you continue. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
